Most of what is worth having is never put online. The corner table is held for someone the owner knows. The villa goes to the family who took it last August. The box is spoken for before the fixture list is out, and the car is sold before it is ever advertised.
Unlisted exists to be the person who is known. Tell us what you have in mind, and the reply you get back is a confirmation.
One person
Your concierge knows your name, how you like your evenings and which table you prefer. You reach them on WhatsApp, the way you would reach a friend. There is nothing to download and no reference number to quote.
People we know
We book through owners, managers and crews we know personally. That is why the table exists when the website says it does not.
Discretion
Your plans, your guests and your spend stay between us. We never post our members.

A note from the founder
For nine years I have worked inside Manchester's hospitality and nightlife, on the side of the door most guests never see. Those years taught me that the finest evenings are seldom booked. They are arranged, quietly, between people who trust one another.
Unlisted is that trust, placed at the service of a small circle of members. When you write to us, you are writing to someone who can pick up the telephone to the person who owns the room.

Good questions.
What does it cost?
There is no membership fee. On most bookings we are retained by the venue or partner, so you pay what you would pay direct. Where a planning fee applies, for complex trips or private events, you are told before anything is confirmed.
How do I pay?
Most bookings are paid directly to the venue or licensed partner, using their own payment details, and you receive their confirmation. Where we take payment ourselves, it is by a secure Stripe payment link, sent only from our official WhatsApp number or from concierge@byunlisted.com. We never ask for a transfer to a personal account. If a link reaches you from anywhere else, it is not ours, so please tell us.
Who is behind Unlisted?
Unlisted was founded by Uriah Mitchell, after nine years inside Manchester's hospitality and nightlife, and is run from Manchester. The company details are at the foot of this page.
How quickly can you arrange something?
Tables the same night are normal. Stays and travel are best with a few days' notice. The peak dates (New Year's Eve, race weekends and half term) reward planning early, and members hear about those first.
Where do you work?
Manchester is home. We work every week in London, Birmingham and Dubai, through the summer in Marbella and the islands, and through the winter in the Alps. If you are going somewhere else, ask. We probably know someone.
Can you get football tickets?
We arrange official hospitality only, through the clubs and their authorised partners: boxes, lounges and seats with dining. We do not resell match tickets.
Can you source a car?
Yes. We find new and pre-owned cars through dealers and specialists we know, arrange an independent inspection and have the car delivered. You buy from the dealer or seller directly. We do not arrange finance.
Who handles flights and packaged travel?
Licensed partners. We introduce you, stay across every detail and remain your single point of contact, so your booking carries the right financial protection.
Is what I tell you private?
Yes. Your details are used to arrange what you ask for and nothing else, and they are shared only with the venue or partner delivering it.
