Who we are

What we collect

Your name, home city, social handle if you give it, your WhatsApp number when you message us, and the details of the bookings you ask us to arrange.

Why we use it

To set up your membership, arrange what you ask for, and send you priority releases on WhatsApp. Our lawful bases are your consent (for releases) and the steps needed to provide a service you have requested.

Who we share it with

Only the venue, owner or licensed partner needed to deliver your booking, and only the details they need. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member, and up to 24 months after your last booking, unless the law requires longer for accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving releases, at any time by messaging us or emailing concierge@byunlisted.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Messages are sent through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy.
